Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Taking care of our customers, employees and our service providers is our top priority. As the coronavirus (Covid-19) situation continues to evolve and after careful consideration, we have made the decision to suspend our Assembly service, with the exception of nursery chairs and ottomans, in an effort to reduce the spread of coronavirus. We will continue to deliver our products via Home Delivery (into the room of your choice) and Standard Delivery.

We will be getting in touch with affected customers over the next few days to provide an update. Our website will remain open 24/7. Please call our customer care centre on 0808 234 0445 if you have any questions.

We continue to follow current guidelines and restrictions set by the UK government to ensure that we are doing all that is possible for our teams and community to remain protected, while continuing to serve our customers’ needs in creating a comfortable and functional home.



Shipping Information

We offer three types of delivery, determined by the products in your order. A product’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online.

NOTE: Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order.

Please provide a full postal address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.


DELIVERY TYPES

1. Standard Delivery

Small items (e.g. bed linens, cushions, tableware, small furniture items under 25kg) will be delivered via UPS. Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days for items in stock at to point of purchase, you will be advised of expected delivery date for back ordered items at point of sale. Orders for the Highlands and Islands will be delivered within 8-9 business days. All orders must be signed for upon delivery; if no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card outlining alternative arrangements will be left or, if your postcode has a UPS delivery Access Point, your order will be deposited there and a card containing the collection point’s details will be left for your convenience.

2. Home Delivery

Non assembled furniture and larger homeware items are delivered to your door by our logistics partner Wincanton. When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a hyperlink to Wincanton’s self-service portal where you can book / review / amend your delivery date. If your order is not immediately available, you will be advised of expected delivery date at the point of sale and notified once the items become available to book your delivery. You can typically expect delivery between 7 – 21 days from point of booking, dependent on geography. Two days before your scheduled appointment date, we will provide you with a two-hour time window for arrival of your delivery. All orders must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, we will return the product to our facility, in which case, please contact us to rearrange the delivery.

3. Home Delivery + Assembly

For large furniture pieces and certain other oversized items, we employ the specialist services of Wincanton. When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a hyperlink to Wincanton’s self-service portal where you can book / review / amend your delivery date. If your order is not immediately available, you will be advised of expected delivery date at the point of sale and notified once the items become available to book your delivery. You can typically expect delivery between 7 – 21 days from point of booking, dependent on geography. Two days before your scheduled appointment date, we will provide you with a two-hour time window for arrival of your delivery. Your furniture will be delivered carefully carried into the room of your choice, unpacked, fully assembled (if required) and all packaging will be removed. Please note that we are unable to hang art or install fixtures (e.g. curtain hardware), attach headboards to existing bed frames or install lighting and other electronic equipment.

NOTE: We are unable to provide our full Home Delivery assembly service to some areas. For more details, please see the Delivery Charge Tables below or contact us.

HOME DELIVERY

Items marked as “Home Delivery” are delivered via Home Delivery by Wincanton. We will call and schedule an appointment for your furniture home delivery. Two days before your scheduled appointment date, we will confirm delivery and provide a two-hour time window for arrival. If no one is available at your address to take the delivery, we will return the product to our facility, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery.

HOME DELIVERY + ASSEMBLY SERVICE

Items marked as “Home Delivery + Assembly” are delivered via Home Delivery by Wincanton. Delivery is by appointment - Monday to Saturday - depending on area. We will call and schedule an appointment for your furniture home delivery. Two days before your scheduled appointment date, we will confirm delivery and provide a two-hour time window for arrival. If no one is available at your address to take the delivery, we will return the product to our facility. In which case please contact us to rearrange delivery.

Items are delivered to your room of choice. We will unpack and inspect them, set them up, and remove all packaging. Most complete beds are delivered via our standard carrier; select beds are delivered via home-delivery service. We're happy to place headboards, in their original packaging, in any room you desire, but we are not able to unpack or inspect them, or attach them to existing bed frames. Please note that the installation of appliances and other electronic equipment is not included.

We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
