Designed to soften steps and quiet the room, our hand-tufted rug also provides plenty of texture and modern style for the nursery or bedroom. The high/low pile feels plush and welcoming, while the yarns are made of highly durable recycled fibre that is easy to clean.
DETAILS THAT MATTER
- Handtufted of 100% PET polyester in India. This product celebrates and preserves artisan handcraft traditions around the world.
- PET rugs are kid-friendly and can be cleaned with soap and sponge.
- PET polyester uses less energy to produce, keeps plastics out of landfills and is resistant to stains, fading and mildew.
- Rug is yarn-dyed–Fibres are treated individually with environmentally safe dyes before weaving to offer vibrant, lasting colours.
- A mixture of cut and looped pile adds texture and dimension.
- Self-bound for enduring quality.
- Backing is made of recycled cotton and polyester fabric with odourless synthetic latex adhesive, which makes it non-slip for added safety. The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odour and extends the rug’s life. It does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.

CARE
- Hoover regularly using Hoover cleaner without a beater brush and a low power setting, to prevent debris from settling into the roots of the fibres.
- Do not pool loose ends. Clip them with scissors to remove.
- Attend to spills immediately. For spot cleaning, apply water in very small amount; do not saturate. If applying cleaning solvent, test in a small inconspicuous area before using.
- For general maintenance or stubborn stains, use an experienced cleaning service that specializes in hand made rug.
- Do not dry clean. Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rugs.
- We recommend using a rug pad.
- Rotate or reposition your rug every 3-6 months to promote even wear on the rug surface and extend the life of the rug.
DELIVERY TYPES
We offer three types of delivery (Standard, Home Delivery, Home Delivery & Assembly) determined by the products in your order. A product’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are determined by your delivery destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order.

RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, with careful attention given to design, materials, safety and construction. We hope that you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied, most items purchased online or in stores may be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 7 days of furniture delivery or within 30 days of purchase for all other products.
