DETAILS THAT MATTER
- Hand-tufted from 100% recycled polyester sourced from single-use plastic bottles, up to 140 bottles was used to create this rug.
- Cut pile has softness while resisting matting and crushing.
- Non-slip backing is made of recycled canvas fabric with odourless synthetic latex adhesive, which makes it non-slip for added safety. The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odour and extends the rug’s life. It does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.

CARE
- Do not pull any loose threads. Use scissors to simply cut the ends.
- Vacuum regularly and/or shake to remove dust.
- Attend to spills immediately. For spot cleaning, apply water in very small amount; do not saturate. If applying cleaning solvent, test in a small inconspicuous area before using.
- Professional rug cleaning is recommended as needed.
- Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rug.
- Use rug protectors under heavy furniture.
- Rotate or reposition your rug every 3-6 months to promote even wear on the rug surface and extend the life of the rug.
DELIVERY TYPES
We offer three types of delivery (Standard, Home Delivery, Home Delivery & Assembly) determined by the products in your order. A product’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are determined by your delivery destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order.

RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, with careful attention given to design, materials, safety and construction. We hope that you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied, most items purchased online or in stores may be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 7 days of furniture delivery or within 30 days of purchase for all other products.
